When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use our subtitle translation or video translation features, we process the files you upload solely to provide the service. We do not store uploaded video or subtitle files beyond the time needed to process them.

• To provide and maintain the DramaSub service
• To process payments via Stripe (we never see or store your card details)
• To send service notifications (e.g., account changes, feature updates)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Firebase Authentication — manages your login credentials
• Stripe — processes payments (PCI-compliant, we never touch card data)
• Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity — anonymous usage analytics
• The Movie Database (TMDB) — drama metadata for our catalog

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded files are deleted after processing. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting admin@dramasub.asia.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
