By accessing or using DramaSub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DramaSub provides AI-powered subtitle and video translation tools for dramas and other video content. The Service includes features such as subtitle translation, video processing, and drama discovery. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree not to share your account with others or use multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human reasonably could
  • Resell or redistribute translations produced by the Service without appropriate licensing

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused billing periods in cases of service disruption.
  • Prices may change with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

DramaSub, its logo, design, and software are the property of DramaSub. Drama metadata is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) under their API terms. You retain ownership of the content you upload for translation. AI-generated translations are provided for personal use and may not be commercially redistributed without proper rights to the source material.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI translations may contain errors and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or professional purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DramaSub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
